Double apartment building designed in 1928 by Jules Lippens, right next to his own house at number 4.

Lippens is very inspired by Dutch Art Deco, all in geometric shapes.

The façade is composed of five bays, including a central one that separates the two entrances.

The side bays are built in triangular bay windows over the entire height, giving the façade an additional relief.

Beautiful stained glass windows with geometric designs adorn the windows of the stairwells, as well as the two openings next to the entrance doors.

The central bay also has a flatter bay window, present on all floors.

The garage door has been replaced.

The whole is in good condition.
