Magnificent Art Deco façade, built in 1918/20 by the Brussels architect Pierre Verbruggen.

Five bays on three floors under a flat roof, the façade develops between vertical and cubic bands.

The base is in light pink stone, a rendering coating covers the entire façade.

The bay containing the main entrance (a fairly small door), is marked by an imposing three-faceted oriel window on the first floor.

Three beautiful bas-reliefs adorn the top, in a fairly raw expressionist style, in the center a woman and sunflowers, on the sides, putti, signed Dolf Ledel ’22.

The central stained glass window depicts a character dressed in Greek style in a lush nature.

Note that all the windows are three-sided and decorated with stained glass inspired by the Renaissance.

The house has been well restored, the whole is in very good condition.

Listed house since May 1983.
