Charles Hoge, a rather eclectic architect with dozens of “Anglo-Norman” houses and villas to his credit, has designed one of his most avant-garde designs here.
Very active in the neighborhood, he gives free rein to his modernist influences here.
The façade is in hard stone, all in straight lines, with a fairly rigorous design.
A beautiful bas-relief adorns the balcony on the first floor, using cubist motifs, which are repeated in the stained glass windows and in the ironwork of the entrance door and the railings on the second floor.
A massive hard stone portico surrounds the entrance door.
