Amazing terraced house, with a three-façade section, giving it the appearance of a villa.
Designed in the 1925-30s by architect Geo Henderick, also the author of the corner building on the other side of the street at numbers 1 to 7.
The red brick façade, quite simple on the ground floor, consists of a first floor with a stone balcony with rounded shapes, supported by very Art Deco consoles.
Alternating "cimorné" and bricks.
The second floor follows the same curve, but is also decorated with a triangular bay window topped with a copper dome.
The roof is more classic in tiles.
