This house stands out from its neighbors by its very colorful facade composed of yellow and red bricks, green cimorné decor (mixture of cement and marbrite), and light cement.

Green glass bricks adorn the entrance.

The facade is divided into two unequal bays separated by this high vertical “sawtooth”xs band, quite spectacular, made of green cimorné.

The edge of the flat roof is decorated with a very Art Deco cement pattern repeating the sawtooth design.

The architect really played the expressionist note in this unique creation.
