The architect Van Havermeat gives free rein to his imagination for this “expressionist” façade, mixing themes.
This is a façade that can easily be divided into three parts.
The first, on the left, is rather sober with its two windows on the ground floor, topped by a rather imposing brick balcony. A row of windows on the second floor, all decorated with very elaborate stained glass windows.
The central part, just above the entrance door, has a high cylindrical bay window in light bricks, with a few stained glass windows extending the aforementioned windows.
The last part, very dark, has a high wall in dark bricks, crossed by these two glass brick pilasters (probably lighting a stairwell).
