A few houses further than the Schelfhout house, this astonishing façade in green colours, designed in 1929 by architect P. Vandevelde.
Three levels and two unequal bays.
It stands out from its neighbors by the strong dominance of the colour green, by the ceramics that decorate the undersides of the windows, the triangular pieces of American glass on the tops of the windows and the colour of the frames and entrance door.
Bow windows on all floors, which end with a rounded overhanging cornice.
The house has been one of the protected monuments within the framework of the “Millionaires’ Quarter” since 1994.
