A beautiful house inspired by French Art Deco, designed in 1925 by Léon Stynen, and remodeled in 1945 by the same architect following the damage caused by the bombings at the end of the war.
The façade has not lost its authenticity.
This symmetrical façade in five bays, built in white stone, is beautifully balanced.
The ground floor is divided into two semicircular arches with entrance doors decorated with ironwork representing a fountain.
Three narrow openings, also decorated with ironwork, complete the symmetry.
The sill of the main floor is fluted, the entire façade is punctuated by the vertical lines between the windows, and up to the roof.
The top floor is decorated with a balcony with a metal handrail.
The set is in very good condition.
