Terraced house with a very structured façade, designed in 1933 by Karel Van Havermaet.
Three floors under a flat roof, all verticalities accentuated by the narrow windows, separated by pilasters from top to bottom in yellow bricks.
Each window is decorated with stained glass with geometric shapes.
Beautiful dark brick work between the floors. Under the cornice, four sculpted stones connect the façade to the roof.
The ground floor seems very simple in comparison with the upper floors.
The house has been protected since 2023.
