Townhouse with a very structured and sought-after façade.
Yellow bricks, white stone and painted concrete under a wide overhanging cornice.
The architect plays with staggered levels, projections, curves like the upper window, in a band ending in a semicircle, which gives the façade all its originality.
This semicircle is also taken up in the design of the garage door.
Great care is taken with the stained glass windows (preserved) which adorn all the windows, ceramic facings complete the decor.
The house is in perfect condition.
