Spectacular corner building, designed in 1928 by the Ghent architect Geo Henderick.

Very inspired by the precepts of the Amsterdam school.

The building rests on a hard stone base, has three floors under a mansard roof interspersed with two triangular pediments and a rounded central part with balconies.

Beautiful work of red and brown bricks.

The facade is punctuated by inward and outward parts, all in curves following the larger curve formed by the two streets. Four entrances lead to the apartments.

The woodwork seems preserved, the entrance doors, slender, are decorated with geometric ironwork.

Beautiful bronze handles depict stylized seahorses.

Listed building since March 1996.
