Large three-façade house, designed in 1933 by the St-Niklaas based architect, Joseph Van Coillie.

Typically modernist in its design, it is presented on three levels under a flat roof, balcony with rounded corners, projecting brickwork.

The slightly atypical entrance door has a semicircular arch surmounting the door split in two. Beautiful ironwork for this door and the upper part inscribed in the curve.

The balconies, admittedly a little heavy, punctuate the façade.

Beautiful stained glass windows with geometric designs decorate the two openings on the central bay.

Building protected since 2023.
