A magnificent example of rational modernist architecture, this villa designed by the Nijs brothers of Dutch origin for their own use as dwelling and offices.

On a very simple plan, rectangular with a rounded corner, flat roof, and solarium terrace.

Garage on the ground floor, no cellars in the basement.

It is a construction entirely in concrete with rendered walls, frames and balustrades of lacquered metal in ocean steamliner style.

The architects wanted a building with bright interiors from all angles.

The red color was already applied originally.

This villa underwent drastic transformations in the 50s, a thatched roof was added, including on the rounded part.

The last owners, the architectural firm BAU, have completely rehabilitated the villa in its original concept.

It is in excellent condition.
