Beautiful yellow brick façade inspired by the Dutch architect Dudok.

Jules Lippens designed here a façade punctuated by horizontal lines accentuated by the painted concrete bands and the hollow brick joints.

In contrast, a spectacular vertical oriel window runs the entire height of the façade, it is decorated with a magnificent stained glass window made of different textures glass and white and black American glass. The design is geometric.

The remarkably designed entrance gate, with its gradient bricks, its white glass set in sober ironwork.

Particular attention is paid to the outgoing volumes for the planter and the low wall.

The house is in an excellent state of conservation. Beautiful signature of the architect.

The house has been protected since 2006, but was part of the protected monuments as part of the Millionaires' district since 1994.
