Villa designed by Geo Bontinck in 1930, applying modernist precepts.
Three levels under a flat roof, yellow bricks with hollow joints.
Beautiful balance between the nested cubic volumes, the corner windows and the horizontalities marked by the outgoing concrete parts, balcony, awning on the ground floor.
A large side window, in black and transparent panels, lights up the stairwell.
The villa has recently been restored, giving it back all the qualities of the original design.
The house has been one of the protected monuments within the framework of the "Millionaires' Quarter" since 1994.
