Small four-sided villa, designed in 1936 by the architect from De Panne, Van Marcke.
The dominant element is this rounded projection on the front facade, worked in horizontal concrete bands and a row of narrow windows set between columns of the same material.
The architect applies this fashionable material, cimorné (cement decorated with marble flakes and colored glass).
The right-hand bay on the front facade contains the garage door and an imposing applied concrete decoration.
The side facade which contains the entrance door is treated differently, with a vertical bay in yellow bricks, framed by two asymmetrical columns, one streaked with concrete, the other, smooth with bricks vertically laid.
An oculus pierces the right bay, while two openings on the central bay are blocked with concrete bars.
A very curious amalgam.
The house has recently been restored and is in very good condition.
