Art Deco-Modernist villa located on the corner of Beukenlaan and August Sniedersstraat, designed in the mid-1930s by the young architect Jos Tuerlinckx.

Large house with cubic shapes under a flat roof.

Imposing entrance with a semicircular arch, surrounding a door in ironwork matching the design identical to those surrounding the garden.

On the left, a high window lighting the stairwell decorated with geometric stained glass and flowers.

Alternating red bricks and painted cement plaster.

A second entrance is located on the other avenue.

The whole is in a fairly good maintenance state, but could do with a refresh.
