A magnificent example of a modernist villa, designed in 1934 by architect Eduard Van Steenbergen.
Recently masterfully restored, this house with four very neat facades has a street-side facade, all horizontal, with its strip windows.
The yellow bricks joined in hollow give additional relief.
The left side facade has a beautiful entrance door and a fantastic stained glass window lighting the stairwell.
The right side facade has balconies with a steamliner handrail, a series of small windows and a rounded bay window at the back.
Beautiful masonry work breaks up the alignment.
The building is occupied by an architects' office, and has been listed since March 1995
