Double corner house, designed by Louis Legein in the mid-1930s.
We find all the elements dear to the architect, the influences of the very fashionable steam liner style, by the portholes on the ground floor and the tubular railings.
He combines the rounded parts for the corner ending in a superposition of concrete discs, and the protruding part in a spur, on the front door side.
He likes the windows in a row that let in light from all angles.
The base is in ceramic, while the concrete parts are decorated with cimorné.
The Visserslaan part is more complicated than the facade on the Dumontlaan side.
The whole restored in 2022, is in very good condition and is on the list of protected monuments of the Dumont district.
