Beautiful modernist style terraced house, built in 1936 by architect-contractor Mr. Jacobs, signed in stone.
Yellow brick masonry, rounded balconies, tubular balustrades, mark this house in the style of the 1930s.
The front door is surrounded by a beautiful triple semicircular arch in rounded bricks on a hard stone base.
