Small corner apartment building in pure modernist style, architect unknown, dating from the 1930s.
Three levels under a flat roof bordered with black ceramics.
The facade is very structured by the red brick columns accentuating the verticalities, and the bands of green cimorné (ornate cement) which themselves accentuate the horizontalities.
The whole is softened by the rounded and curved parts.
The very typical entrance door framed by a large semicircular arch in bricks, is surmounted by a triangular oriel on the upper floors.
The restoration of the building seems to have been carried out in accordance with the original design.
Including the color of the green and black window frames.
The whole is in good condition.
