During his all too short career, the architect Tuerlinckx left behind some beautiful houses in the Art Deco style, very neat and quite original.
Jos Tuerlinckx applied a few standards to all his creations that can be found here.
A large decorative stained glass window over the entire height lighting the stairwell.
The entrance door, in a semicircular arch, framed by a wide white band itself framed by ceramics.
Rounded windows and balconies with railings in the style of an ocean liner.
The facade is in red brick and painted concrete.
The house is in good condition.
