Beautiful corner building with rounded shapes, designed by the prolific and innovative architect Louis Legein in 1938.
Three identical levels with balconies, oculus, and rounded shapes in the "ocean liner" style.
The whole takes up the codes in vogue at the time, yellow bricks, painted concrete.
The flat roof is bordered by black ceramics.
The only question: where the loggia on the ground floor topped with a small slate roof and the small window above added?
This does not seem to be part of the original aesthetic criteria.
The building is in excellent condition.
