As with all their projects from the early 1930s, the architects Waterschoot father and son applied a particular architectural vocabulary.

They paid great attention to the decorative elements of the façade.

It is made of white glazed bricks, divided into three bays on three levels under a flat roof.

A slightly offset bow window divides the façade, framed on both sides by identical triangular bay windows.

All the windows are decorated with superb stained glass windows with geometric designs, in structured glass and American glass. Note that each window is in a different shape!

The attic band under the cornice is particularly elaborate.

The console under the bow window is made of sculpted hard stone.

Even the entrance and garage doors are designed with great attention to detail.

The house is in perfect condition.

Listed house since February 2002
