Modernist terraced house designed in 1932 by city architect Jozef Meulepas.

The house stands out from its more classical neighbors.

Three levels under a flat roof with a widely projecting cornice.

With a facade of hard stone, red brick, and painted concrete, it unfolds horizontally with its balconies and large windows.

The balconies are closed at the ends by slanted brick walls.

The ground floor features a beautiful entrance door under a canopy with a glazed lintel, sidelights, and columns in hard stone and gilded ceramic tiles.

The very simple and unexpected door is made of polished metal. The woodwork appears to be original.

The mailbox still bears the designer's name.

House listed since October 1995.
