Beautiful architectural work for this terraced house built in 1934 by Jos Chabot.
Remarkable assembly of recessed and protruding volumes, verticalities and horizontalities, with some beautiful curves.
All the precepts of period modernism are present here. The architect adds his personal touch with these turquoise mosaic facings that soften the rigorous side of the facade.
Band windows on both floors, high opening in transparent and black structured glass that lights the stairwell, and portholes on the side facade.
The colored windows have been restored in the old style.
The frames appear to be original.
The whole has been restored and is in very good condition.
Listed house since July 1997
