A magnificent Art Deco house, designed in 1938 by a young 26-year-old architect, Jos Tuerlinckx.
The house on three facades is composed of 2 floors under a flat roof, with an underground garage.
The remarkable elements are the entrance door framed by 2 semicircular arches, several oculi with stained glass windows, and a superb stained glass window running over the two floors of the side facade.
The main facade is in yellow bricks, very fashionable at the time.
The side facade is also very elaborate with its windows of different sizes and rounded.
The whole is in impeccable condition, the current owners have restored the whole down to the smallest detail, giving it back its former splendor.
