Right next to number 47, (see here) this pretty facade signed Raymond Delgutte, dating from 1932.
Dark brick facade on a hard stone base.
Signature of the architect at the bottom right.
Beautiful ironwork entrance door, under a glass brick canopy, and a transom decorated with stained glass.
The first floor is quite imposing with its painted plaster band, and its three-faceted bow window
Large overhanging cornice and mansard windows.
The house is in very good condition.
