A large terraced house in a stunning style, blending Art Deco, Modernism, and neo-Renaissance! Designed in 1925 by Jef Huygh, inspired by his own house (Liannahalle) built two years earlier in Antwerp.
Facade with two unequal gables in natural stone, orange tile roof.
The ground floor stands out from the upper floors with its Modernist execution, accentuated by the overlapping parallel lintels.
The front door and garage door are identically designed and adorned with Art Deco ironwork. Original woodwork.
The asymmetrical first floor consists of two glazed bay windows placed on the lower lintels.
The central section is composed of three pilasters supporting a triangular canopy under a cornice.
The two unequal gables each have a small balcony.
All the windows are decorated with small colored panes.
The house is in excellent condition and has been listed since November 1991.
