Imposing house with two entrances, on two and three levels, built by the architect Maes in 1936.
In a pure Art Deco-Modernist style, a mixture of verticalities, horizontalities and curves, under a large flat roof.
Yellow bricks, and painted concrete, metal frames (replaced), horizontal awnings above the entrance doors.
A high opening illuminates the stairwells.
Banded windows accentuated by painted concrete lintels, for maximum light.
The left facade ends in a beautiful curve, typical of this period.
The whole has been recently restored, and is in fairly good condition.
