Very interesting house, quite typical compared to the neighborhood.
Architect Maurice Aerts gave free rein to his pencil, creating an asymmetrical facade with offset plans, signed and dated on a sculpted hard stone plaque.
The entrance is at the top of a staircase, directly on the upper floor, whose trapezoidal window opens on three sides and is decorated on one side with ironwork illustrating a sunrise.
The triangle is a shape that is found in various places on the facade, in the openings of the garage and entrance doors, in the various ironworks, inverted in the lantern, and in decoration under the cornice.
Beautiful relief brick work also punctuates this facade.
All the woodwork painted red is one of the architect's characteristics (see the house on rue de l'aviateur Thieffry).
The whole is in good condition, the woodwork being original.
