Three-sided villa designed in 1934 by engineer-architect Vanmarcke.

Very inspired by the work of architect Legein, this villa takes up practically all the codes established at the time.

Facade in yellow bricks, rounded lines, volutes, mixed verticalities and horizontalities, bands in painted concrete, oculus.

The corner of the villa is very imposing with its double rounding, from the ground floor, further accentuated by the four superimposed discs on the first floor.

Garage and entrance door are treated in the same way with a semicircular arch in black bricks. The flat roof is bordered with black ceramics.

The similarities with the houses of Legein are striking, we do not know who as inspired by the other.

The house is in good condition.
