Small apartment building, built in 1931 by architect Charles Lippens.
The façade is divided into three bays and three identical levels, with outgoing parts.
Made of yellow bricks, very fashionable at the time, it has a windowless high bay above the entrance door.
Each floor has a small balcony with a corner window, and a large three-part window.
The entrance door, which follows the design of the façade structure, is surrounded by cubic shapes and turquoise and black tiles.
The date 1931 is carved into the stone above the door.
Building protected since April 2006.
