Beautiful modernist, minimalist house, designed in 1932 by architect Walter Van den Broek, who was very influenced by the German Bauhaus.

The simple facade in yellow bricks and strip windows, takes its particularity from this cylindrical bay window that runs the entire height.

Another particularity, the joint between bricks is hollow, which gives a lot of relief.

The garage is original, but the door was replaced.

The house is on the list of protected monuments.
