Located on the beautiful Avenue Hamoir in Uccle, this somewhat atypical villa was designed by Modernist architect Maurice Houyoux in 1937.

He is best known for having designed the Royal Albertine Library.

The architect approaches modernism from a fairly classic angle.

The originality of this house lies in its glazed "turret" and its overhanging cornice under a flat roof.
