Modernist villa dating from the mid-1930s, designed by the young Antwerp architect Jos Tuerlinckx, who built several beautiful houses in a very short time, since he died in 1946 at the age of 33.

We find in all his projects, elements marking his personality.

A lot of care is given to decorative details.

Two-storey house, square plan under flat roof, with main entrance with wide rounded frame decorated with tiles in contrasting colors, the door is very neat in lacquered wood painted in yellow and green.

Beautiful masonry work in different colors, large and high window that lights the stairwell, decorated with geometric stained glass.

The house has been well restored and is in excellent condition.
