Amazing three-sided house, in yellow bricks (darkened by time), designed by Louis Legein in 1934.
Here the architect plays with curves, sometimes outgoing, sometimes incoming.
He applies elements of the "ocean liner" style, tubular railings, oculus, and typical portholes.
Entrance door at the top of the staircase, framed by rounded bricks.
Seen from the corner, a certain symmetry appears, further accentuating the ocean liner aspect.
The flat roof is bordered with black ceramics.
The building is in good condition, and is well maintained.
