The second part of the double corner house, very similar to that of the Visserslaan, is slightly simplified in its volumes.
It has three bays. First the corner tower, then the entrance door part with its rounded door and oculus, and the rounded right bay ending at an angle.
A maximum of windows to let in light.
"Steam liner style" railings and portholes are characteristic.
The whole, restored in 2022, is in very good condition and is on the list of protected monuments in the Dumont district.
