One of the first buildings in the so-called "Millionaires" district, this vast Art Deco style villa designed in 1927 by Oscar Vandenhoeck.
Beautiful façade full of symmetries, with a central bay ending in a protruding pediment.
The corners of the house are formed by two turrets.
The architect plays with geometric shapes for the door and window openings.
The entrance portico is quite remarkable with its two octagonal windows with ironwork on a background of American glass.
Other stained glass windows adorn the small-paned windows.
Well preserved and maintained by the current owners.
Listed building since April 2006.
