Large Art Deco style villa designed in 1930 by architect Edouard Couturiaux.
A curious mix of styles with its two-sloped roof, rather rare in Art Deco which favors flat roofs.
The semi-circular room is more reminiscent of the ocean liner style, with its curved windows and tubular balustrades.
The spectacular entrance portico adopts another style with this rounded brick opening.
The double-leaf door is also part of the perfect circle, surrounded by semicircular brick arches and black marble bases.
Elegant ironwork decorates the door as well as the low walls surrounding the garden.
Ironwork that can be found on the oculus adorned with beautiful stained glass windows in the middle of the façade.
The transformations have somewhat damaged this villa, like the garage and the cornices.
