A typical villa from the modernist era, with its play on volumes, its flat roof, its curves, its strip windows.
The only difference, compared to the yellow bricks widely used at that time, is the finish of the walls in painted plaster. Brick base.
At the time of construction, the countryside reigned all around, the only neighboring house was the Brunfaut villa on the same avenue.
The house is in fairly good condition.
Protected building, since 2021.
