This magnificent building has two dwellings, but gives the impression of a single large villa, reminiscent of the ocean steamliner style of the 1930s.
Built entirely horizontally on a rectangular plan, with strip windows, yellow bricks with hollow joints alternating with dark bricks.
The left wing rounded at the corner, is decorated with an elegant fountain in blue ceramics.
The entrance door is hidden at the back of the curve.
A balcony under a rounded awning completes this part of the facade.
The right wing is more rigorous, with a rectilinear entrance door and garage door, beautiful ZILVERBRON inscription.
The garden and the low walls were created by the architect, as well as the interior furniture.
Villa listed in March 1995
